Responsibillities:

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
    • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
    • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

> Marketing Executive

FashionValet is looking for a Marketing Executive who will be assisting the marketing team with the success of the marketing strategy and execution for our platform. The job scope includes running daily newsletters about new launches, sales promotions, fun trends and exciting news in FashionValet. This would also entail creating trend pages on FashionValet website which ties in with the newsletter creation.


Your key focus and objective will be on creating content for our newsletter, trend pages on the website, uplifting its image and positioning compared to the other competitors.

Responsibilities:

    • Identify the target audience and grow our email list.
    • Design and send direct email marketing campaigns.
    • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
    • Curate captivating newsletters that are on-trend and speaks to our customers.
    • Upgrade our email templates using complementing graphics, personalization and advanced features.
    • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with customers via email to minimize unsubscribes.
    • Create email databases for lead generation.
    • Create segmentation from the email database to identify and target different types of customers.
    • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
    • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
    • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
    • Updating the website layout for the upcoming launches.

Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as an email marketing executive or content creator.
    • Hands-on experience with content management systems.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
    • Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
    • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
    • An ability to work under tight deadlines

Content Writer Intern

    • Conduct research on key information for latest products.
    • Produce key descriptions for a variety of fashion products to be posted on the website.
    • Liaise with the Content Editor with regards to product descriptions.
    • To ensure all content is written and produced in line with company's guidelines

Photo Editor Intern

    • Retouch and crop product photography images to a high standard.
    • Ensure color consistency between image and physical product.
    • Perform quality assurance on all images.
    • Upload images to web serves in accordance deadlines.
    • Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the performance of the studio team
    • Carry out ad hoc duties within studio team when required

Marketing Intern (2 positions available)

    • Assist in execution of marketing related duties provided by brand, including campaign photoshoot, videoshoot, flatlays, influencer seeding for peak season especially for Raya festivities, Collaboration and Sales.
    • Assist marketing executive to develop relevant social media content which encourages the engagement with fans/followers.

Customer Service Intern

    • Assisting customer inquiries via calls and emails, or returns process.
    • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
    • Acknowledging and resolving complaints.
    • Provide end to end service excellent service to customers.
    • Support team for the administrative tasks to ensure all inputted data is correct.
    • Ensure all returns to be done within SLA to maintain excellent customer experience for returns process.
    • Assess customers needs and provide assistance in all Returns aspect.

> Visual Merchandizer

Responsibilities:

    • Plan, create and execute visual merchandising strategy to enhance multi label brands presence in-stores from a creative and commercial perspective in line with the company’s expectations and visual merchandising directions
    • Create appealing and eye-catching visual and merchandise displays that lead the customer through the entire store
    • Create and produce window displays, signs, interior displays, in store poster, POP, floor plans and special promotions displays to drive key messages for marketing/retail activities, campaigns and promotions of target market. Provide graphic design support
    • Identify key messages and set a clear display image in store mannequin and window display – push visual display and resulted in store sales contributions. Act in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and target market
    • Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal theme
    • Conduct, coach and implement VM training to in-store visual merchandiser/s and store staff. Train the team to maintain the store’s image.
    • Responsible for training all retail teams in all stores on merchandising principles so that store is always well-merchandised.
    • Work with retail team, always maintain excellent visual merchandising principles and standards at store levels and ensure excellent customer service at retail. Brief staff on arranging displays.
    • Collaborate cohesively with the different interfaces and department from merchandising/store planning, sales/operations, buying and marketing department.
    • Assist Retail Operations in supervision of all stores and retail staff, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and handle all operational issues.
    • Assist in managing and supervising store renovations, store refits, ensuring all proper licenses/insurance before opening a store, and dealing with vendors/suppliers.
    • Assist in sales and marketing activities in efforts to achieve revenue growth.
    • Monitor, control and track VM costs and work within budget. Liaise with suppliers, source and propose props and VM displays related to seasonal launch.
    • Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends. Keep abreast with industry and market trends
    • Test different visuals and compare results.
    • Identify, track key KPI and present KPI reports.

Requirements:

    • Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager.
    • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio.
    • Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation.
    • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tool.
    • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Creative and innovative thinker.
    • Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
    • BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar.
    • Preferably candidates with strong sense of fashion coordination and a good understanding of latest current trends.
